Malaysian PM Muhyiddin seeks bipartisan support for upcoming confidence motion in parliament
KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysian Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin said on Friday (Aug 13) that he is seeking bipartisan back up to pass an upcoming confidence movement in parliament.
In a televised address, Mr Muhyiddin promised that if the confidence move received ii-thirds of support in the Firm, a constitutional amendment Pecker to limit the prime government minister's position to just 2 terms, every bit well as an anti-party hopping Neb would be introduced in the parliament.
